Ascend Alpine Lead

Ascend Alpine Leads get a large, gate operated, anodized aluminum carabiner that has a 360 degree rotating swivel on the bottom.  Anodized aluminum while considerably stronger (3X) than the common zinc diecast snap, is considerably lighter as well. The anodized finish means that the color will not fade or rub off and the rotating swivel is a must as it will give your pet a full range of motion and decrease wear and tear on both the leash and collar. For colder climates, aluminum is a better choice as it will not get brittle and crack in below freezing temperatures.  All Ascend products get a distinctly individualized braided rope pattern that contains an interwoven reflective material braided into the rope that provides effective reflective identification in low light conditions.
