Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

At Timberwolf Pet Products, it is our mission to provide the best customer experience possible.  All orders under $75.00 that ship to all 50 states, U.S. Military Bases, territories, possessions, and Freely Associated states, qualify for a flat shipping charge of $9.00 USD.  All orders of $75 or more will qualify for FREE SHIPPING.  Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.  Please allow 5-7 days transit for packages to be delivered.

SHIP TIMES:

All products ordered will be assembled and shipped directly from our manufacturing facility located on Pueblo, Colorado.  Our turnaround time is generally around 24-48 hours, but can vary slightly due to volume and holiday schedules.

SHIPPING TO CANADA:

For orders shipping to Canada, we will ship through UPS Standard and a flat fee shipping charge of $28.00 USD will be applied.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

No international orders are currently offered on our website.  If you are an international customer and would like to place an order for our products, please contact us directly (fy@timberwolfpetproducts.com) for an order quotation.  Please include your full mailing address along with the items you would like to order.
