Refund policy

RETURNS:

Items returned within 30 days from order date in new and unused condition with tags will be accepted for a refund. Return Shipping Costs are the customer’s responsibility. To initiate a return and obtain a return authorization code, please contact DeeAnn (Email- dy@timberwolfpetproducts.com). Please include your Web Order # in all correspondence.There is no refund of the original shipping fees. We do not offer prepaid shipping labels. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL UPON RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT.
